Data

• UI language — browser localStorage preference.
• 1:1 booking — name, email, company, problem note, slot (Cal.com when enabled, or email).
• Foundry Local demo — short source text after consent; processed on our server only, no cloud LLM.

Purposes

• Handle 1:1 / contact requests — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f).
• AI demo — consent Art. 6(1)(a).
• Abuse limits — legitimate interest Art. 6(1)(f).

Recipients

KIEKI hosting. Calendar vendor when enabled (DPA). Demo content is not sent to external LLM providers.

Retention

Demo: as short as practical (e.g. up to 30 days if abuse logs exist). 1:1 correspondence: for handling and legal limitation periods.

Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, withdraw consent. Complaint to the Polish DPA (UODO) or your local authority.
